Acer has always being one of the most favorite brands developing some highly classed Netbooks and Notebooks and the reliability of its products is another reason of people’s likings. We know that there is no laptop in the world which can replace the desktop gaming system but some companies have developed such laptops which have attempted to give high support to the game and the Notebook which I am going to review here is also the one by Acer which has aspire to reach the high class gaming system. The ‘Aspire 8940G-6865’ is the recently developed Notebook by Acer which features 18.4 inch display and it is aimed at bringing high class multimedia applications.
Yet another WinMo handset has been unveiled by Samsung; the Louvre B761 to be released in July. The phone looks pretty nice, so are its features. Packed with nearly every modern feature and latest technology, this mobile is all set to attract the attention of summer audience.
The specs and features are attention grabbing; a 3.5 inches AMOLED Touchscreen display with WVGA resolution (800 x 480 pixels), a 5 MP camera, HSDPA and GPS. The wide screen has sharp resolution, and seems promising. The camera is a nice 5 MP with presumably every usual feature Samsung camera phones possess like image stabilization, auto-focus, scene selection and auto white balance.
Rumors were there that Spotify was in talks with cell phone networks on a possible deal, but now the company has confirmed to launch its mobile platform.
In an interview with Revolution magazine, Spotify boss Daneil Ek says the company is looking for a deal with some operators to offer the service on Wi-Fi as well as on 3G.
According to a report by Ofcom baby monitors and other innocuous gadgets like security cameras can kill Wi-Fi signals at home and other such places where they are used.
The report seems to reject all those claims which indicate that a large number of Wi-Fi networks in some urban areas can sap Wi-Fi signals.
BBC has released a beta version of Live TV streaming for Nokia mobiles. This offer is available only with two handsets right now, the Nokia N96 and Nokia XpressMusic 5800. This implies that not many amongst us will be enjoying the facility. The Live TV can be streamed by connecting to the internet via your normal browser, or Wi-Fi. The latter shows better results, obviously.
Though, officially the service is only available via Wi-Fi, but NokNok states that it is available trough the ordinary connection, too. To benefit from this facility, one has to acquire a UK TV License, which costs £142.50. If someone prefers to go on streaming the channels without having a license, he/she will be criminally liable.
