Apple MacBook Pro – gets a huge power boost without an increase in Price


Apple’s latest line of MacBook Pros brings a refreshing update, starting with a $1,199. 13-inch version and goes all the way up to a $2,499 17-inch version.

The 15-inch version comes in two flavors and moves over to Intel’s Sandy Bridge Core i7 and Core i5 processors, and both configurations come with switchable graphics and a beefed up hard drive. The Apple MacBook Pro line was already well ahead of its competitors in terms of performance and style, and it takes another step ahead with this next generation.

The integrated GPU from Mac promises a new era in mobile gaming

At the time when Steve Jobs introduced Nvidia’s Geforce 9400 M along with the launch of his new MacBook, he stressed a lot on the abilities of this new chip. It could be considered as an act of Jobism by many across the globe as 9400M was considered just another laptop graphics chip.

Well, for all those who do not know more about this chip, it is a dedicated chip and not merely integrated for graphics. Samsung has just announced the release of its new Blu-ray laptop, the R610. With a Built-in Blu-ray drive, it has a 16-inch screen of 16:9 ratio and it can pump out 1080p quality footage.

It is quite amazing to see that the HP has pronounced the price value of a laptop in the learning market of the teachers and the students. It is the worthwhile price of a $499 per laptop.
