BOSTON – MySpace might pull together $6 million through a disreputable Internet marketer indicted by the well-liked online associate of spamming its users.

A mediator has stressed upon that Scott Richter and his Web marketing company, Media Breakaway LLC of Westminster, Colorado, will have to pay MySpace $4.8 million in indemnities and $1.2 million in attorney’s charges for barraging MySpace members along with voluntary advertisements. Media Breakaway and its stuff workers had also been banned from the site.
