At the start of this year, HP brought a surprise for the hardware industry by announcing that they have decided to buy the complete brand ‘Palm’ and then this statement came from HP’s CEO Mark Hurd “we are not interested in smartphones”. This statement creates a doubt in the mind of every person that may be we wont see any future mobile coming from Palm’s side but still HP came back for the statement and confirm this news that they are planning new WebOs devices.
Are you a fan of Apple’s Macbook Pro series? Have you always wanted one in your lap or at your office desk? Did you avoid buying one because of the notorious overpriced tags? HP has come up with quite a Macbook Pro like series of notebooks that it has labeled “ProBook” series. These machines have been especially designed for chic businessmen who cannot afford a pricey Macbook but love the functionality thereof. According to HP, the ProBook series has been inspired by “minimalism”; i.e. plainness and simplicity.
HP is releasing its second firmware update for MediaSmart Server Series. The latest two of the series; ex487 (1.5TB) and ex485 (750GB) were released last year and gained much praise from all walks of life. Though this is going to be the second firmware update of this year for the series; it will be the first update for these two servers. This is going to be one big update, adding a lot more features than before.

Important to note is that this update is meant only for ex487 (1.5TB) and ex485 (750GB), as the previous models “simply lacked the horsepower and storage capabilities to handle these new tasks”, according to HP. It is going to be out for FREE downloading for everyone by the end of April.
A whole host of peripherals has just been uncovered by Hewlett Packard. Aside from its raft of recent releases, it includes a gaming mouse, a mid-range optical mouse and a wireless desktop.
