Spotify is bringing up a very exciting new feature into its music streaming service and according to this Facebook integration will now be available to the music streaming platform thus making the service more close to the social networks. The new feature has been given a new title and it is ‘Spotify Music Pro@ile’ basically what it is going to do is that it will create a social network inside Spotify and at the same time the Facebook integration will be entertained via the Facebook connect feature. After getting this update, friends who have listed their profiles as public will displayed as a list on the side bar of Spotify and thus the direct link with them will become possible now.

Spotify founder Daniel Ek discussed this feature 1 year earlier with SXSW and this statement was raised that “Spotify is approaching 10 million tracks – how do you browse through 10 million tracks? Searching is one solution but it’s not an optimum way of discovering new music. A social aspect is”. Importing music from your computer to the Spotify’s main page is another exciting facility that has become available now and with all these new updating features, the fame of Spotify will surely get raised and a new way of music sharing will start with the social networks.
