This month the whole media got a spice with the clash between two of the world’s most leading companies the pioneer and Garmin. This news came out when pioneer lodged a complaint with U.S international trade commission against the rival Navigation system maker Garmin, claiming of some of its products to have infringed the patents of pioneer.
It has been seen that the two companies were negotiating with each other for quite long over the breakage of the patent license. But it seems that both companies were not able to come on a resolution that’s why pioneer was forced to take this kind of action.
Pioneer has also requested the International trade commission to stop Garmin of the import into U.S as some of those products are infringing the Patents implemented by the pioneers. The patents, U.S. numbers 5,365,448, 5,424,951 and 6,122,592 cover various aspects of a car navigation system they mainly include the automatic erase of the navigation data when the destination point is near.
Windows 7
Windows 7 is one of the most recently issued versions of Microsoft windows for the desktops, laptops, Netbooks, tablet PCs etc. It was released on July 22, 2009. The outlook of this window seems almost similar to that of Mac OS X. One of the partner group managers of Microsoft Simon Aldous said in an online interview that they were very much interested in the Apple OS X operating system while designing windows 7.
Microsoft has strongly opposed this quote in their recent blog and claims that the “inaccurate quote” came from the Microsoft employee who was not even involved in the designing of windows 7. And they were really feeling bad that their own member had given such a lame quote.
Search engines have been very common sources of information throughout the internet history, among those search engines the 2 very common are Google and windows live search (now called Bing). The Bing is an updated version of windows live search launched on May 28th, 2009 by the CEO Microsoft Mr. Steve Ballmer.
This new version was coming up with some very new and exciting search features which were previously not available in the Windows live search engine. Although the reputation of windows live search was not very good in the past but this new search engine will come up to the viewer’s expectations as the developers are bringing some more cool innovation this Wednesday.
Genio Qwerty
On the 24th September 2009 Samsung at the very first time announced the new B3210 coming to its budget. This new handset has a design almost similar to the Omnia pro. This is also among the smart phones offered by the Samsung with a very sleek and stylish outlook. This handset tagged as Corby TXT or the B3210 supports a very solid design. It has a TFT screen with a very bright and attractive color scheme. The key purpose of this handset was to make it serve like a messenger but the design and keyboard shape including some other features didn’t make it.
With the perfect key board it could be used for instant messaging but the size of the keys seems somewhat annoying. Aside from the keyboard the other features are: The first is its scant 40MB of internal memory. Exploring the World Wide Web is not a big deal with the pre-installed WAP 2.0 XHTML and HTML Internet browser. This mobile phone also offers Bluetooth with A2DP connectivity which makes the file sharing very easy with laptops, scanners, printers, mobile phones and personal computers possible, even at some distance from the phone. Powered by GPRS and EDGE, the Samsung Genio Qwerty claims to have faster rates of Internet downloading or file sharing.
Whatever the game you give to this handset it will give you a very stylish outlook and some of its features are quite similar to black berry one of the bet mobiles in the world.
