Lenovo Coming to Smartphone Industry within 12 Months
As we have seen earlier that Lenovo has been very active in the development of family friendly all-in-one PCs and now a new update has been seen from the company’s side and according to that it plans to launch a Smartphone that will be a mobile internet device and for the first time it will hit Europe within next 12 months.
The new information was provided at a London PR event this week and some other announcements which were made from the company’s side were that of a new range of consumer laptops under its new brand ideaPad and this will be coming in the next month.
While talking about these new developments from Lenovo’s side, Lenovo’s Media Relations Manager Adrian Horne said that “ThinkPad and the ‘Think’ are product lines – but ThinkPad also happens to have a product name that is well-established and well-recognized” and further “And then we have the ‘Idea’ range, IdeaPad and IdeaCentre, which are also product lines. Really, the objective of what we wanted to do with the Idea range is to create a product segment that is common to consumers globally, whether it is in China, India, Russia, France, US… It is a worldwide brand”.
Thus we can say that Lenovo is really active for its future developments and they want to bring the goodies in every field of technology thus spread their lineup of products.
