Droid’s Hack Enables Plugging Peripherals into Your Phone

Hackers are bringing some really new things to the devices which they hack and in the same manner a Hacker named Chris Paget, figured out that USB host mode can be enabled for the new Droid and in this way the mobile phone can work as a host for other peripheral devices.
Droid which is an exciting new Smartphone running Google Android Operating system has now become vulnerable to different hackers and they have showed up ways to set USB on the Go specifications on this handset.
It has also been discussed that if you want to make your droid a host for other peripherals all you required are car charging cable, a Micro USB cable and a USB extender cable. By attaching these things sequentially with your droid the phone can become a host for the other peripheral devices. In addition to droid hackers have also extended USB OTG capabilities to other Smartphones as well.
Another hacker Andre De Quincey showed that you can plug a USB keyboard into HTC Hero. So the hackers have discovered a new use of the droid phone and it also sounds exciting and in future people will surely use this method for using the droid as a host
