Facebook Questions

Facebook is turning up into a new style of social networking in which different users will be able to start some discussion; the new facility is called the ‘Facebook Questions’ and this service has been defined to be “a beta product that lets you pose questions to the Facebook community”.
The Facebook questions has been provided in the beta version and it will provide its users a full freedom to poll any type of questions and get answers from the other users. According to the company’s release “Millions of people ask their friends questions on Facebook every day. What new music should I listen to? Where’s the best sushi place in town? How do I learn to play the piano?”

Facebook is the most famous social Network of nowadays and this thing is not hidden from anyone but an exciting thing about it is that it is rapidly spreading towards the mobile devices and the number of mobile users has reached 150 million from 100 million in April.
A main reason for this much increase of mobile users is the increasing social networking facility on the mobile phones with that Facebook has also provided more facilities for the mobile users. According to Eric Tseng, Facebook’s head of mobile products “Mobile is fast becoming our growth lever” and this was told in the MobileBeat 2010 conference in San Francisco on Tuesday.
The page of ‘”Everybody draw Mohammed Day!” has proved to be quite controversial for Facebook as it provoked anger in the Muslims all around the world especially in Asia. This Move was followed by many protests in India and Pakistan and then in the last week government of Pakistan announced to block Facebook in their country.

Facebook the most favorite social networking site of the world has came under huge criticism from the Muslim world, in the past weeks an event was created on Facebook named ‘Draw Muhammad Day’ and this event received lots of criticism from the Muslim world because Islam prohibits pictures of the most beloved Prophet of all Muslims. Lead by some other countries Pakistan faced a lot of anger from the public’s side and the people protested to block the site in their country. A petition was also filed by a group of lawyers against this page and in a response to that the government ordered PTA (Pakistan telecommunication authority) to block Facebook in Pakistan.
Facebook F8 Conference

Facebook is expected to hold the F8 conference in the end of April and at that time it will launch some new and amazing features. In the blog post the company has announced that the nicest one of all the new coming application will be based on dating and romance. The company is looking to reserve a particular section of their main page for the help of those people who are searching for the potential romantic partners. Reports also say that Facebook has been working with Zynga for about 4 months to finalize this new concept but the results are expected to be revealed in the f8 conference.
