The company has added a new level to the OLED game by bringing 40-inch full HD OLED. The display was proudly labeled as the world’s first and largest HD OLED at Flat Panel Display International.

But stop! How can we forget the debacle at IFA, when Sony and Samsung both came with the world’s first 200Hz LCD panel.

Some of you may also remember that the company bragged about the 40-inch OLED panel almost three years back, but this new model is of twice resolution at 1,920×1080 and a contrast of 1 million to 1.

It’s interesting to note that Samsung has still yet to bring out a production OLED model and none knows when this 40-inch OLED giant will be available in the markets as there is still no word.
