Nintendo Wii goes black! Yes, the black Nintendo Wii will be launched in Japan on August 1st. The blacker it is the more attractive will it be. Neither DSi nor Wii has changed their skins since their respective launches. This is why the black beauty astonishes everyone. Anyways, the elegance is for Japanese gamers alone; we have no share in it.
This black Wii is a whole package; accessories will match the color too. That means a black classic controller, black nunchuks, and equally black Wii remote. Right now, there has been no indication regarding the Wii Fit Balance Board that whether it would be painted black, too. Just imagine how beautiful the remote will look in its black cloak! Reminder: it is a forbidden dream for all of us as the black console goes in the hands of Japanese only!
Microsoft has announced a new controller free experience of Xbox 360 named as “Project Natal” at E3. This project will free the user from the requirement of a controller. It will use full body motion capture as well as voice recognition for controlling the console. For supporting this immensely impressive future concept, Steven Spielberg came on to the stage, too. No final date of the launch has been given yet.
This is a 3D motion sensor concept, which will be compatible with all the Xbox versions available currently. So, the “barrier of controller” will no more hinder the full gaming experience for Xbox users. Spielberg said in promotion of the project, “It’s not reinventing the wheel; it’s about no wheel at all.”
