Rumors were there that Spotify was in talks with cell phone networks on a possible deal, but now the company has confirmed to launch its mobile platform.
In an interview with Revolution magazine, Spotify boss Daneil Ek says the company is looking for a deal with some operators to offer the service on Wi-Fi as well as on 3G.
According to a report by Ofcom baby monitors and other innocuous gadgets like security cameras can kill Wi-Fi signals at home and other such places where they are used.
The report seems to reject all those claims which indicate that a large number of Wi-Fi networks in some urban areas can sap Wi-Fi signals.
