The term may be very short to pronounce but indeed it has got utmost significance and substance. Today the term is very much common in the mouth of every people who enjoy doing it. In fact the principal economy of every industry depends on this small term called ‘shopping’. Basically by this word we mean the exploration of products and goods by customers and the buying of those goods by them. We are dependent on it each and every day to fulfill much of our rational and irrational requirements.
The idea of shopping is there since ages probably when man learnt to build things and sell it to others. Shopping is only possible when people come to know about a definite product and it can be done by Marketing, Advertising and Publicizing (M.A.P) the product. Thus it can be rightly said that shopping is the outcome of M.A.P. Since years shopping has derived various terms and advancement and at present it has even got the status of a hobby.
