Interview

Definition:

An interview is a conversation between 2 people. 1 is the interviewer and the other is the interviewee. Questions are asked by the interviewer and the answers are obtained by the interviewee.

Interviewer:

Interviewer is the 1 who takes the interview.

Interviewee:

Interviewee is the 1 who gives the interview or an applicant.

Types of Interview:

All Interviews are different, depending on the career fields, the stage of interview, type of organization, interview meeting etc.

To meet up interviewers without preparation is like giving presentation without rehearsal. Although this is obvious to all the job applicants but people still don’t take it seriously to prepare for an interview. The applicants should properly prepare for the interview for a successful meeting.
