1. Five Flower Lake (China)

2. PlitVice Lakes (Croatia)

This is not just a single lake but it is a series of sixteen lakes which are beautifully interconnected by spectacular waterfalls which are set in the wood lands and populated by deers, bears, wolves and species of rare birds. According to UNESCO World Heritage site the lakes are famous for their distinctive colors ranging from azure to green, grey and blue and another exciting thing about these lakes is that they change their color according to the quantity of minerals and exposure to sunlight.

3. Boiling Lake (Dominicia)

This amazing lake is situated in the Morne Trois Pitons National park and the especial thing about it is that its water always remains boiling hot and covered by a thin cloud of vapors. It is basically a hole in the earth surface, 10.5km east of Roseau, Dominica on the Caribbean. The lake is approximately 60m long and this grayish boiling water has attracted many tourists along the world.

This is a very beautiful lake that is situated between the Israel and Jordan and it is 420meters below sea level and it is thought to be the lowest point on the surface of earth. The lake is said to be the deepest hyper saline lake in the world which is also the 2nd saltiest lake of the world and it is 8.6 times saltier in nature. The Dead Sea is 67 kilometers long and 18 kilometer wide and the features of this lake have attracted the tourists all over the world.

5. Crater Lake (USA)

This is one of the most beautiful lakes of the world which is located in Oregon and its water is considered as the clearest waters of the world. One of the most amazing things about this news is that it has no inlets or tributaries. This lake 4000 foot deep that was formed about 5,677 BC by the collapse of volcano Mount Mazama. Due to its depth this lake is thought to be the deepest lakes of United States and also the ninth deepest lake of the world.
