Overdo lunch time or missing it is the good way to reduce calorie but it will more better if you go for meal and cut down you intake level from your daily average. Let us discuss few points that we should keep in mind to cut calories in office without feeling hunger.
- Decide out your meal plan on every weekend. This will not mentally burden you in work timings. Your lunch ingredients should be fewer proteins, munchies with nuts and fresh fruits and heavy amount of fiber.
- If you are doing late sitting in your office then pre-packed dinner having less calories will be better choice. This should be packed with fresh fish or quiz chicken and vegetables. These ingredients are easy reheat in microwave.
- If you are going for a series of meetings and you have doubt that meetings can go longer that average timings then prepare your meal first. You can have with you dry fruits, yogurt, energy bars or cheese. In this way, your calorie intake will be less and you will be more focused on you meetings.
- In morning if you take coffee, eat donuts, snakes with high fiber as well. Avoid taking high vitamins, fat, proteins breakfast. You can take oatmeal, boiled egg, nonfat cottage and yogurt.
- Remain way from most of energy drinks and swift run to seasonal tastes. As these eating and drinking items are high in sugar and in a result, all effort will in vain for reducing calories.
- Go for the meals mentioned above. If you feel hunger, you can graze minute meals between little intervals.
As discussed above you lunch should have high fiber. Avoid incline protein items like chicken. Also, avoid heavy meals like red meat, pats, and heavy sauces. This type of meal having high-energy calories will slow down your activeness. This is a continuous process. Adopting good eating habits will lead to you for healthy and healthy life.
