The television watching is a habit of every individual but this research suggests that this activity should be shortened. The research shows that those people who watch television for four or more hours are 80% more likely to die from the cardiovascular diseases than from those who just watch for two hours or so and among all of them 46 percent are more likely to die of any cause.

And according to an online edition of the journal of American heart association the weight of the individual has nothing to do with this thing.

The research in other words speaks of the advantages of physical activity for life as we also know that it’s good for health. While talking about the individual’s behavior the leading author of this research David Dunstan of the Baker IDI heart and Diabetes institute of Victoria, Australia said that “For many people, on a daily basis, they simply shift from one chair to another — from the chair in the car to the chair in the office to the chair in front of the television”. So this research was very effective for reminding us the benefits of physical activities for a healthy living.
