What is Heartburn?
A burning sensation is caused in the upper Abdomen, beside the bones of Breast and you feel your Chest on the fire. This burning may travel form the Diaphragm to the Throat and may sometimes accompany the sour taste and entering of food back to the mouth.

If you suffer from Heartburn once a month, it is considered as mild. If you suffer from once a week, it is moderate but if this occurs daily it is identified as severe Heartburn.

Sleep Apnea is one of the most common problem of most people worldwide and in this problem people snores and faces breathing disturbances while sleeping and a new study has found that these problems can be linked to higher risks of heart failure and attacks especially in the middle aged and old men.
This thing is very amazing that this problem has been seen in the older males only while the women are completely safe of this. It has been seen that people suffering from sleep apnea often faces a pause in their breathing and wake up at once, but then they go back to sleep without taking too much notice of this problem. People though don’t take notice of the sudden awakening but the heart does so and gets affected badly.
Most of us know that Mediterranean diets are quite friendly to your heart, but it’s not all about hearts that woo for Mediterranean diets; you other organs of the body also can make the most of it, as these diets seem quite effective in controlling your blood sugar levels.

Results of four recently conducted Spanish studies show that people who are on some Mediterranean style diet plan have nearly 83% lower risk of developing diabetes.
Even those who have some risk factors like disease history, hypertension, higher BMIs and older age even they get some protection from such sorts of diets. The true reason behind this decreased risk factor is not fully known yet, many experts believe that these foods prove quite effective to thwart inflammation and insulin resistance.
