Lupus is a disease in which the Immune system of body becomes aggressive and it attacks the healthy tissues. It results in the Inflammation, swelling and damage of Joints, Skin, Kidney, Blood, Heart and the Lungs.
Normally, the Immune system makes Proteins known as Antibodies for the protection and fight against Antigens like Viruses and Bacteria etc.
Lupus makes Immune system unable to differentiate between Antigens and the healthy tissues of the body. This causes the Immune system to activate the Antibodies against healthy tissues, not just Antigens, which ultimately results in Swelling, pain and damaging tissues.
If you are suffering from Lupus then it feels very difficult to exercise. It would be really painful for you. You feel tired, your Joints ache and you want to take rest. Research shows that exercise can assist people to build stronger Muscles, prevent stiffness, control fatigue and also prevent the weight gain.

Consult the doctor before doing any of the exercise because some movements can be harmful for you, when you have swollen Joints and Muscle pain etc so you should have proper information about each and every step you do while exercising.

Yoga can help to extend healthy and productive years of life and it also improves our living conditions.
Yoga is gaining importance due to its short term and long term benefits. Yoga has the spiritual benefits, it provides fitness and flexibility, it is also beneficial for health disorders.
The cellular aging is a very wide spread problem that is caused by stress and anxiety but now the US researchers have found vigorous exercises that can reduce cellular aging with the prevention of shortening of telomeres due to stress.
This study was taken in University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and the publication has been made in open access journal PLoS ONE on 26 May.
The exercise has always being a very affective thing for the health but now this new goodness of it seems really exciting.
Co-lead investigator, Dr Elissa Epel, an associate professor in the UCSF Department of Psychiatry while discussing about this study said that “Telomere length is increasingly considered a biological marker of the accumulated wear and tear of living, integrating genetic influences, lifestyle behaviors, and stress.”
Exercise has always been considered as a healthy thing for a person either he is a kid or an adult but intensity of that exercise can become bad for health instead of being effective.
Recent study has shown some really amazing result regarding this issue, according to that intense exercise can provoke the onset of temporary lung problem and other symptoms of asthma even in those kids who don’t have the asthmatic problems.
Dr. Alladin Abosaida, study lead author and hospital clinician at the University of California’s Irvine and Miller Children’s Hospital while discussing about this study said that “The results of this study indicate that short bouts of heavy exercise do cause a decrease in lung function testing in healthy children without a history of asthma or allergies”.
Well, enjoying holidays then do it in a healthier way, and instead of worrying about weight problems just concentrate on some simple ways to keep you fit and steady during holidays.
Jennifer Ventrelle, a dietitian from Rush University Medical Center, says: “If you restrict yourself to some unachievable diet plans during holidays, it means you are setting yourself for personal torture. You definitely need something achievable when it’s about losing weight during holidays.”
