Diabetes is a dangerous condition, which is caused by the high level of Glucose in the Blood. The Glucose is produced by the Pancreas. Insufficient production of Insulin can cause Diabetes.

Types of Diabetes
There are 2 types of Diabetes
- Type 1 diabetes.
- Type 2 diabetes.
Diabetes is a disorder of Metabolism. It is identified as the manner in which our body utilizes food for making energy in the body. The things we eat, is broken in to Glucose. It is the form of Sugar in the Blood.
When the food is digested, the Glucose is mixed in to the Blood. These cells use the Glucose for the production of energy. If Insulin is present in the Blood, only then Glucose can enter in to it. Insulin enables our cells to take Glucose.

Safflower Oil
Good news for the health conscious people! New research has revealed that safflower oil is healthy and good for heart especially. Regular use of safflower oil for 16 weeks helps to avoid the heart diseases. In addition it also helps to regulate the insulin level, and diabetes caused in women who reaches to stage of post menopause.
This Finding is an advance step of research on safflower oil.
Researchers discovered that fats on the abdomen area can be reduced with the use of safflower oil. Right after 18 weeks, researchers also concluded that its use for 16 weeks is also beneficial especially for the women. Sugar, blood pressure and high cholesterol level results in cardiovascular ailments. It happens due to a syndrome known as metabolic syndrome; it means various symptoms that enhance the chances of heart and its related diseases.
The Diabetes, one of the most common problems of majority of people worldwide has now got some new risks due to its drugs, according to new research Postmenopausal women with diabetes taking thiazolidinediones (TZDS), including rosiglitazone and pioglitazone may be at higher risk of fractures especially when having type 2 disease.
The report of this new research got published in The Endocrine Society’s Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism (JCEM).
According to William Herman, MD, MPH, of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and senior author of the study “Our study shows that increased fracture risk is associated with higher TZD dose, but no difference between rosiglitazone and pioglitazone is apparent suggesting a class effect of TZDs on fracture risk”.
Diabetes has always being the most common and dangerous health problem that is experienced by a huge majority of people worldwide and according to a presentation by Mayo Clinic in the 92th Annual Meeting of the Endocrine Society in San Diego, California, June 19-22, the hot weather and diabetes both combines to make a very potentially dangerous combination.
Many previous researches have focused on this issue and according to some reports during the hot weather the diabetes patients have increased visits to emergency rooms, hospitalization and in many cases even death.
A complete survey was formulized on this issue at Phoenix diabetes clinic and in that survey results from 152 responders were analyzed whose mean age was above 60 and they were having diabetes for at least 15 years.
