What is Heartburn?
A burning sensation is caused in the upper Abdomen, beside the bones of Breast and you feel your Chest on the fire. This burning may travel form the Diaphragm to the Throat and may sometimes accompany the sour taste and entering of food back to the mouth.

If you suffer from Heartburn once a month, it is considered as mild. If you suffer from once a week, it is moderate but if this occurs daily it is identified as severe Heartburn.

anxiety but this is no such problem that comes with no cure. An expert has suggested that there are numbers of ways that can help you to cope with the new experiences.
Martin M. Antony, a psychology professor at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada has provided his suggestions on this issue I the university’s News release. Among the suggestion the main part was to understand the nature of your discomfort.
Whenever we go to some new environment there are number of issues that can become a cause of anxiety, it could be un-comfort in making friends, giving presentations or speaking to your professors.
The monkeys have always being a good source of studying the human disorders, scientists have been using this animal from the past many years in order to research the human disorders and recently the monkeys have helped out the scientists on the issue of child’s anxiety.
In the recent study scientists have identified two parts of a monkey’s brain that are linked to the severe anxiety problems in the monkeys and the scientists are suspecting that these could also be a cause of anxiety in the young children.
According to Ned Kalin, who has led this recent “We’re really excited about the findings because we think that they have the potential to have a direct impact on how we understand these illnesses in children and hopefully we can come up with better ways to treat kids based on this information”.

At ‘Children’s Memorial Hospital’ in Chicago, board-certified music therapist Elizabeth Pociask puts music to a novel use for helping the new parents to calm their newly born kids.
It also helps in bringing calmness among the infants by distracting their minds from the thing which is upsetting them and putting them to sleep.
