These days dark chocolates a very much into the markets because the valentine day is approaching very soon and there is a good news for the chocolates lovers that Dark chocolates can reduce the stroke rates thus death rates because of strokes can be lowered.
Some of the diet experts say that too much eating of chocolates is harmful but it would be interesting to know that a normal usage of chocolates can be much more effective than its dangerous effects. Recently many studies have been taken to check the affects of chocolates on the health of people and the dark chocolates have found to be effective.
Almost three researches have been made and one among them found no such affects of chocolates on the people’s health but another found out that stroke rate is 22% lower in the people who eat dark chocolates at least once a week as compared to those who don’t eat it.
The co author of the review while talking about past years said that “the message was that chocolate consumption might be associated with higher LDL [bad] cholesterol or perhaps higher incidence of cardiovascular disease” then further discussed “Today, we know that all chocolates are not the same” and he also doesn’t give any solid recommendation regarding this matter so we can expect some more work on this case in the future.
