- Some of these oils also have to bear air, light and even of pesticides’ exposure.

- Use a dark glass container and store your oil in the refrigerator to prevent it from becoming rancid.
- Saturated, Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated are three well-known kinds of fats. Monounsaturated fats are considered beneficial for health and they are abundantly found in various oils like sesame oil, olive oil, almond oil, fish oil and canola oil.
- Saturated fats are considered bad for health and they are found in butter, coconut oil, peanut oil, lard and palm kernel oil.
