that the consumption of Soda increases greatly. Everyone knows that the summer is the time for Soda and people love to have this drink but a new research has shown that drinking too much soda could bring many health problems like Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes and others.

The demand of Soda throughout the world has increased highly from the past few years and this demand though is good for the soda producing companies but on the other hand it is affecting the human health.

Many studies have found an association between the soda drinking habits of Americans and the rising rates of Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes in adults and children. Another study in the journal Circulation has found that middle aged adults who take one or two glasses of soda in a day had an increased risk of developing metabolic syndrome that includes high blood pressure, high cholesterol, insulin resistance and other such factors.

Not only in the above mentioned cases, is the usage of Soda also linked to the Osteoporosis and Kidney stones and that is really alarming. A drink giving us quite much comfort is summers is associated with so much health hazards so it’s better to stop or minimize the usage for a healthy life.
