anxiety but this is no such problem that comes with no cure.  An expert has suggested that there are numbers of ways that can help you to cope with the new experiences.

Martin M. Antony, a psychology professor at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada has provided his suggestions on this issue I the university’s News release. Among the suggestion the main part was to understand the nature of your discomfort.

Whenever we go to some new environment there are number of issues that can become a cause of anxiety, it could be un-comfort in making friends, giving presentations or speaking to your professors.

No one can cure you as good as you can cure yourself, according to Antony Assess your physical symptoms in the social situations. Just check if you sweat, shake or lose your train of thoughts?

After the above mentioned procedures, Antony suggests to challenge your anxious thinking. Get rid of this feeling that the anxiety causing beliefs are so strong that you can’t overlook them.

Last and the most important suggestion was that instead of avoiding the anxiety provoking situations try to confront them. Don’t feel safe by avoiding the situation but be defensive and face that situation.

If you’ll run away from something that is causing anxiety in you then that anxiety will stay with your forever, try to fight those situations and you’ll soon overcome your anxiety.
