Teenage is the period of our life when we start enjoying the freedom of being grown up and independent though we are not actually as such independent but some little joys gives us this freedom.
The teenage is the actual period of life when we have to prove our inner abilities to the whole world but sometimes this thing doesn’t happen because we spoil this period with our hands.
Most of the teenagers prefer junk food over the healthy nutritious food but this all end up in quite a fat but weaker body.
The teenagers must understand this thing that the good nutrition is base behind every healthy life so whatever you are planning for your future; a good health will make you fulfill all that what you want to achieve in your life.
Here I am going to give you some eating tips that will make you stronger physically as well as mentally.
Asleep Fastly
Can you easily fall asleep when you wake up in the mid night? It means you have got sleep maintained insomnia which is known as middle of the night insomnia. It is said that heart and mind are connected with each other.
When your heart does not support to your heart then all energy float upward to the head, reason is that mind is overactive because of million of thoughts.
The main thing which is helpful for falling sleep back that you have to rebalance your energy downward to your body.
Here are differents tricks which helps you to fall asleep:
- Eliminate your all activities which are main cause of insomnia like eating late night, usage of computer, watching TV or playing games etc. Do not eat anything 2 to 3 hours before going to your bed. Do not take coffee or alcohol.
Health Problems During Pregnancy
Being pregnant is a whole new experience for those women who are going through the process for the first time ever.
There are so many physical as well as psychological changes which are hard to adjust with especially in the beginning.
numberless changes sometimes make women worry about their own and baby’s health. The fact is that mostly, these conditions are normal. But if a woman feels that a condition is getting severe and persistent, getting an advice from the doctor might be helpful.

Morning Sickness / Nausea
This is the most common condition in pregnancy that affects most of the pregnant women. It shows in the early weeks of pregnancy and almost dies out around 12th – 14th week. Women may feel that they are sick when in fact they are not. In some cases, they might get sick actually. It is called morning sickness because the woman feels sick immediately after waking up.
Schizophrenia
The mental disorders are getting very common day by day and the reasons for this increase are also numerous.
Here I am going to discuss one of the most common mental disorders ‘Schizophrenia’ which is a major problem of patients along the world. Commonly this problem is known as split personality but medically it is defined as: Schizophrenia is a particular form of psychosis, a term encompassing several severe mental disorders that result in the loss of contact with reality along with major personality derangements.
Nowadays flu and other such diseases are very common in the society and
this is known to everyone that these diseases spreads through our interaction with others, So staying away from such germs is very much required. A guideline for the daily routine activities that can prevent us from these problems is very much required.
Kathryn Hutchinson, executive director of health and wellness at St. John’s University, has provided a few set of guidelines for the college students who are going to settle themselves in the new classes where they have to meet different people with different health problems.
