IBM has been planning for a mutual, next-gen cloud computing for quite some time, but now some big players of the tech industry have rejected these ideas that seriously hit the plans.
In IT, cloud computing is being named as the next big shift and it will move computer storage and power from the offices and home to the web. Many big players of the industry are already knocking against one another to take the right position, as there considerable opportunities for huge gains.
Microsoft is making plans to spend $40bn in an attempt to buy back its shares from investors. It is being said that it would be the biggest buy-back plan in history.
According to analysts, the software giant is taking this step to prop up its share price by utilizing the spare cash that the company has. This year, Microsoft’s share price has fallen almost 30% this year.

SAN FRANCISCO – Yahoo closes all talks with the Microsoft Corp led towards a dead end setting the juncture for the Internet pioneer to return a piece of its marketing stage to online search leader Google Inc.
The news published on Thursday led Yahoo shares to sink about 10% as shareholders discarded expectations that Microsoft would renovate a nearly five-month expedition to purchase the Sunnyvale based company.
Meanwhile, the hoard marketing and selling didn’t welcome news for any of the companies of the United States. What more can we say that the Wall Street’s dejection and disappointment comes in bad time especially for the Yahoo and its chief executive officers.

Microsoft Corp. has announced that its acquisition of Danger, Inc. has been completed. Danger, Inc is a developer of instinctive consumer software for cell- phone joined to commanding hosted back-end services, promotes pleasant customer experiences in communication, media allocation, recreation and personalization. The duo strength of Microsoft and Danger Inc will enhance the company’s facility to give new cell-phone experiences to more clients.
Danger, Inc will turn into a part of the new Premium Mobile experiences (PMX) team, a group of companies in the Mobile Communications Business (MCB) of the Recreation and Devices Division at Microsoft.
Microsoft also appreciated Danger’s technology with its announcement of the completion of the acquisition. Danger’s consumer software together with hosted back-end services gives rich customer experiences and together with Microsoft it will further help to create new mobile experiences for the customers, Microsoft Stated.
