Inflationary Phase Disturbing the Economic Structure of the U.S

NEW YORK — President Bush on Monday expressed to policymakers of the U.S to formulate his 2001 and 2003 tax cuts permanent or menace what really was considered as the historic tax increased in the United States.

Today, millions of the American people are paying heavy amounts of taxes to the government. Meanwhile, the president of Unites States, Bush has said that 43 million families with their children will have to pay an average tax increase of $2,323.

If we look at the whole scenario of the world, we would say that prices of oil and gasoline clinched up. Today, the prices of oil and gasoline increased so much that it has effected the economies of millions of the people nearly all around the world.

Both demand and supply have been effected due to inflationary phase. For example, people are not being satisfied with their own preferences due to high prices of the daily useable commodities. On the other hand, the business employer are too worried about the decline in their supplies and productions which led them to increase the prices of products , so called as dam prevailing inflation.

The majority of the people are agitation against the regime of Bush in the United States of America in the way that the government is doing nothing for the betterment of the people except raising the oil & gasoline prices.

The saving power of the people of U.S is diminished now a days due to high prices of oil. Therefore, the people are just compelled to eat for their survival and save nothing for their family units.

More and more is the bulk payment of tax on each household of the United States. Today, every American is bound to pay his all sorts of taxes to the regime. In this way, people are hardly able to save or stock money for their emergency and futuristic concerning etc.

In a nut shell, we say that whatever is going to be happened is not good for the social-economic environments of the Unites States, because it is the consumption, production and saving matters that became as the important pillars of the society. If these economic indicators are not saved, then all the economic structure of the society would be demolished and same is the case with the U.S economy where inflation has disturbed each and every sector of the economy.
